Return Policy

We work hard to meet our customers’ expectations with our products and prefer to do our best to accommodate each customer should the situation arise. 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.  Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the order being placed, pending it meets the conditions for returns.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must unopened and in the same condition that you received it.   Please contact customer service at 904-474-5330 or support@vitalleohealth.com to initiate the return.



Once we receive your return and it has been inspected, we will notify you that we have received your return and a credit is being issued.  Should there be any issues with the return, you will be contacted by us.  

If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the method of payment used to place the order.   Pleaes note, we reserve the right to add a restocking fee based on the amount of products being returned.  

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@vitalleohealth.com to arrange an exchange.


Damaged Items

Should you receive any items in your shipment that were damaged in transit, please contact us at 904-474-5330 immediately.


Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
