Chris Meletis, ND
Dr. Chris D. Meletis is an educator, international author and lecturer. His personal mission is “Changing World’s Health One Person at a Time.” He believes that when people become educated about their body, that is the moment when change begins. He has authored over a dozen books and in excess of 200 national scientific articles in such journals and magazines as Natural Health, Alternative and Complementary Therapies, Townsend Letter for Doctors and Patients, Life Extension, Natural Pharmacy and the Journal of Restorative Medicine.
Dr. Meletis served as Dean of Naturopathic Medicine and Chief Medical Officer for 7 years at NUNM, the oldest naturopathic medical school in North America. He has received numerous awards including, Physician of the Year by the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians; Excellence Award for his work in treating and advocating for the medically underserved; and most recently a NUNM Hall of Fall award at the State Association’s annual banquet.
His passion for helping the underprivileged drove him to spearhead the creation of 16 free natural medicine healthcare clinics in the Portland metropolitan area of Oregon.
Sanjay Kapur, PhD
Dr Sanjay Kapur is an entrepreneurial executive with over 25 years of experience in Research and clinical laboratories, contract research organizations, Diagnostics and Biomedical device industries.
Dr Kapur is the CEO at AYUMETRIX, a Research and Diagnostic Organization that offers specialized high complexity functional laboratory consulting services for platform technology firms and diagnostic companies. He is also involved as Scientific and Marketing Advisor and Consultant for various medical device and diagnostic groups, helping with Strategic planning, resource allocations, new business development and achieving timeline/ milestones by partnering with ongoing relationships.
Sanjay spent the last 10 years of his career growing a diagnostic company. At ZRT Laboratory he was responsible for managing activities to commercialize the company’s service portfolio. He developed new anti-aging testing methodologies, innovative laboratory procedures and conducted research into new applications of clinical laboratory testing. He managed research and business collaborations, international business strategy and PMA submission. Prior to helping ZRT, he had extensive experience in hormone research and served in several lead positions, managing multi-disciplinary teams working to identify, develop novel laboratory tests and technologies.
Dr Kapur is an internationally known and recognized anti-aging expert, with dozens of peer-reviewed publications and abstracts, as well as numerous invited presentations. He is a highly-sought speaker on health and wellness at international medical conferences.
Dr Kapur’s strong desire and passion to educate physicians all around the world motivated him to found the Society for Regenerative, Aesthetics and Anti-Aging Society of India. He also serves on Editorial and Scientific Boards of several scientific journals and international anti-aging societies.

Sonia Kapur, PhD
Dr. Sonia Kapur is a board-certified clinical chemist with over 20 years of experience in clinical laboratories and biologics. Dr. Kapur has extensive leadership training, having completed more than 1,000 hours in areas such as clinical development, quality system auditing, project management, inspection and compliance, regulatory agencies, strategic planning and business development. She is a global authority in novel laboratory testing technologies of the future, including dried blood and other body fluids in micro-sampling formats. As the COO and the Laboratory Director at AYUMETRIX, she leads the laboratory functions and all other operational logistics of the company.
Dr. Kapur spent the over 9 years of her career directing the laboratory testing services at ZRT Laboratory. At ZRT she was responsible for managing staff of 50+ and develop and help commercialize innovative, simple and convenient laboratory test methods. In addition to the commercial component, she also partnered with universities, government entities (such as NIH and CDC) and private health organizations on their IRB approved research studies. She was involved in driving collaborations among functions, stakeholders and partners across the business to optimize the total output of the organization for product development and business level projects. Sonia has been instrumental in leading multi-functional activities with accountability for complete service portfolio, budgetary and resource allocation.
Dr. Kapur holds a doctorate degree in molecular biochemistry. She is a highly-sought clinical laboratory consultant, with dozens of peer-reviewed publications and abstracts, as well as numerous invited presentations.
Ben Lerner, DC
Dr. Ben Lerner is a two-time New York Times, USA Today, Wall-Street Journal, and Christian Booksellers Association best-selling author with millions of books sold. His more than 20 books, curriculum, and programs are in multiple languages and have been utilized in tens of thousands of corporations, churches, schools, and sports teams in countries all over the world. His works include compiling and being the executive editor for two Bibles for the Billion Soul Initiative where he has been the chairman of global wellness for over 15 years.
A former college All-American wrestler himself, he was first named as a chiropractor and wellness advisor for the USA Wrestling World Team in 1995. He traveled with USAW to the Atlanta, Sydney, London, and Rio Olympic Games, as well as eight world championships. Dr. Ben has personally worked as a doctor, nutrition, and fitness specialists for the NBA, Major League Baseball, USA Judo, USA Weightlifting, the NFL Alumni Association, and the LPGA.
He has a Bachelors in Nutrition, a Masters in Psychology, is a Chiropractor, an advanced personal trainer, and with advanced certifications in corporate and life coaching. He has opened up more than 100 franchises, manufactured over two dozen health care products, and consulted for over 3000 health care and corporate clients.
After selling his company, Dr. Ben Launched the Ultimate Impact Group. It is an amalgamation of 9 different companies that utilize his 25 years in business, franchising, health care, real estate, and product manufacturing.
Klaudia Smolana, PhD
Klaudia Smolana is a psychologist, neuroscientist, and doctor of medical sciences specializing in the molecular underpinnings of psychiatric disorders. She was a laureate of the FENS Young Investigator Training Programme and the World Federation of Biological Psychiatry Educational Grant. Dr Smolana is also a co-founder of Intelliseq, which provides flexible and agile bioinformatics solutions for genome interpretation. Together with her team, she has prepared computational models of polygenic risk scores for traits included in the Well Aligned Advanced DNA Test. Intelliseq was the only company from CEE region that got to the finals of the international competition for rare diseases diagnosis “Clarity Undiagnosed” organized by the Boston Children’s Hospital. Last year, Intelliseq was acknowledged by the MIT Enterprise Forum as one of the best 5 startups that completed MIT Acceleration Program. On a daily basis, Dr. Smolana is a big fan of science popularization and an active member of the Spokesmen of Science Society.
Mark Bouzyk, PhD
Mark Bouzyk Ph.D. is a founder of AKESOgen and has served as Chief Scientific Officer since the inception of the company.
Dr. Bouzyk was a Director of the Emory Biomarker Service Center (EBSC), Director, Basic Research Shared Core Resources, Emory Winship Cancer Institute, Emory University as well as Director of the Center for Medical Genomics at Emory University, Atlanta. These facilities were developed by Dr. Bouzyk as state of the art laboratory capabilities to enable high throughput genetic, genomic and microarray biomarker studies ranging from DNA, copy number variation, expression, miRNA and methylation profiling all supported by a robust and flexible data management infrastructure in a Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) environment. In addition, to help meet the increasing need for translational medicine solutions and by working closely with other laboratories he developed an infrastructure which provides faster, more cost efficient and streamlined genetic tests using rapidly advancing genetic technologies in a clinical environment. Prior to joining Emory Dr. Bouzyk spent approximately 9 years in a global pharmaceutical company, GlaxoSmithKline, where he served as Director of Genetic Laboratory Sciences leading the company’s high throughput genomic efforts in Europe. Dr. Bouzyk’s interests lie in Pharmacogenetics as well as candidate gene and genomic association studies to identify susceptibility genes for both common and rare diseases particularly in the areas of Oncology, Cardiology, Neurological and Psychiatric disorders.
Dr. Bouzyk holds a Ph.D. in Human Molecular Genetics from University of Hertfordshire and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Biochemistry from University College London.
Todd Osborne, DC
Dr. Todd Osborne graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1989. Dr. Osborne has completed extensive postgraduate technique studies in Activator and Atlas Orthogonal, receiving board certification in the latter. He has a vast experience in business success, practice building, management, and implementing the Well Aligned Functional Health Program. He has lectured to thousands of chiropractic students and doctors, and continues to speak to audiences in order to give value and impact the chiropractic profession. Dr. Osborne and his wife Marcie reside in the Chattanooga, TN area. They have been blessed with 4 children and 3 grandchildren and are active members of RockBridge Community Church.
John M McGuire
John McGuire has over twenty-eight years of business and operational activity in the corporate community, banking and financial services, associations and organized medicine, healthcare and biotech, as well as the genetic science and manufacturing industry.
A product of the Jack Welch, General Electric, Executive Management Program, John underwent a two-year extensive business training skills in management, marketing, finance and operations, and gained a strong knowledge of the requirements for a successful enterprise. At GE, at a young age, he was tagged with the position of Group Vice President for the Southeast Corporate/Commercial Portfolio Division of GE Capital. Following GE, he served as the Executive Director (Chief Executive Officer) for over seven Medical Specialty Societies. The position within Organized Medicine led him to a Vice President position within Baxter Healthcare, where he managed an entire division within their Cardiovascular Group. Following Baxter, he was fortunate to have the opportunity to lead the development of a whole new division within a Fortune 500 company.
Thus, leading him to his entrepreneur spirit— he began his first solely owned enterprise. In contrast, he served as President & CEO of a newly created business model that established a Physician-Owned Group Purchasing Organization, which provides hospitals and physicians an opportunity to share in savings on surgical implant products. As Co-Founder and CEO, he built this company from a concept on paper and brought it to over $60 million company – which operated in over 30 States. He partnered with the University of Florida and launched RAPiD Genomics, a DNA Genotyping and data analysis company that was founded in 2011 to leverage a provisional patent filing on the University of Florida technology. This DNA Genotyping technology provides leading-edge methods that can be applied in all areas, from agriculture, livestock to human health sciences. Since 2011, he serves as the President & CEO of Expertrev Enterprise, where he contract with a start-up business or small business to direct all strategic and tactical operations of the company, focus on providing consultations to small businesses and start-ups to create value, maximize growth, and improve performance overall. Ensure in-depth familiarity with each client business through interviews of all employees and management teams, research and data analysis, and focus groups or workshops. Develop improvement to policies and strategies related to business administration, finance, sales & marketing, and supply chain management.
